• Application: refers to ViveICA, the software provided by Singular Media S.A.S. de C.V. and Chriss Jesus Diaz Valdez, authorized by the Instituto Cultural de Aguascalientes (ICA).
• Developer: refers to Singular Media S.A.S. de C.V. and Chriss Jesus Diaz Valdez as legal representative of that company.
• ICA: refers to the Instituto Cultural de Aguascalientes, located at Calle Venustiano Carranza No. 101, Colonia Zona Centro, C.P. 20000, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes.
• Country: refers to Mexico.
• Device: means any device that can access the Application, such as a mobile phone or tablet.

• Usage Data: refers to data automatically collected from the use of the Application.

The ViveICA application does not collect any personally identifiable information from its users.

Our Application contains embedded links to multimedia content from YouTube and Spotify, provided directly by the artists or ICA. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
